A popular electronic outfit have their slogan as " Life is good " and if we are true and sincere to ourselves, we will attest to it that life is indeed good irrespective of the economic and other challenges we are currently experiencing because the fact is that no matter the economic situation we find ourselves, we are far better than a whole lot of people out there. It is on this note that our search light has beamed on Ijamido Children's Home, Ota. A place where not too many people often remember to visit. It was founded by an American woman ,late chief mrs Irene V. Willough in 1958 and she cared for over five hundred children in her life time. The reason why we chose this location this month is because we want young people who by God's grace are privileged to have parents who are also doing well, to visit the motherless children so that they can see the other side of life and appreciate God for the gift of a family they can call their own. They will have the opportunity to interact with the orphans, play with them and also show them love. We want to inculcate into young people the culture of giving back to the society by caring and helping the less privileged in our society. Be part of history as your school embark on excursion to Ijamido Children's Home Ota so that our young ones can beat their chest to say they also have started affecting lives positively. Fee covers Transportation cost, Feeding and gift items to the orphans. Happy new month from Empire Tour Company. Enjoy your holiday .

Food sufficiency is key if we must eliminate hunger and starvation from the land. According to the minister of Agriculture, Nigeria imports 5 million eggs on a daily basis. This is just one of the many agricultural products we import. During festivities, prices of livestock always hit the sky because we depend largely on import and the exchange rate is not in our favour. With our arable land and a favourable weather condition, Nigeria is capable of feeding the whole of Africa. A visit to Fish farm Odogunyan, along Ikorodu road ,under the management of Lagos state ministry of Agriculture will give young people an insight into farming which use to be the mainstay of the Nigerian economy. Join us on a field trip to this choice location. Happy new month from Empire Tour Company.

History is always written again and past memories linger whenever we educate our young ones about the journey of the black race and the experience slaves had during the slave trade era. Do you know that tourists both black and white come from Europe and America to visit Badagry slave route? It would interest you to know that chains used to bind the hands and legs of able bodied men and women during the slave era are still there in their original state in the relics museum in Badagry. These chains are not duplicated. A trip to Badagry will give students and pupils the opportunity to carry these chains ,know how heavy they are,so as to give them a feel of what slaves went through in the past. We would also visit the slave market, the Mobee family, the famous first story building in Nigeria, the first savings bank in Nigeria, the first class room, the first chair used by the teacher in Nigeria and lots more. Our cruise will not be complete without embarking on the journey of no return with an executive ferry. These and much more awaits you in Badagry. Join us as we embark on this fascinating adventure. Happy new month from Empire Tour Company.
