Domestic Aviation Service Operators Receive Permission To Resume.

The Chairman , however highlighted some of the measures that will be implemented in this 2nd phase of eased extension which includes;
Permission of inter state travels to only outside curfew hours with effect from 1st July 2020.

The National Coordinator will in due course announce and publish the details of the revised guidelines".

"There will be safe re-opening of schools to allow students in graduating classes resume & also safe reopening of domestic aviation services.

Director General Nigeria Civil Aviation, Capt. Musa Nuha while briefing the press today, Thursday 18 June 2020 at the presidential task force on .

He said, “June 21 is not a feasible date to resume domestic air operations in Nigeria. We will not approve the resumption of flight operations until we confirm we are able to start in a safe, secure, organized and efficient manner.”
“We will only give the go-ahead for resumption of domestic flights when we are ready. By the middle of next week we hope to submit a report through the Minister of Aviation to , advising on a possible date for resumption.”
