Isla Contoy! This is probably one of my favorite excursions we’ve ever taken from Isla Mujeres!

We take a private catamaran every time we’re on the island and we’re always doing some kind of snorkeling trip, but this place definitely surpassed what I thought it was going to be.

Only 200 visitors are allowed on the island each day, which makes it even better to explore because there are very few people there. It really feels like you’re getting away from everything!

That’s why we added Isla Contoy to both of our Isla Mujeres trips in December and April!

If you’re going with us, you will not be disappointed with this one!

This was our very first trip to Isla Mujeres and honestly, one of the first times we were able to just travel freely. Our kids were older, we needed to go somewhere, so we did!

Isla Mujeres has since become one of our go-to places and for years we’ve heard, “Why didn’t y’all invite us?” and “When can we go on a trip with y’all?”

Well… y’all have been asking, so here’s your chance!

We currently have trips planned for December 3-9 2026 and April 8-14 2027, and this time we’re inviting YOU to come with us!

This 100° weather has me ready for THIS!

So much so that I’ve been looking at airfare to Chile because they’ve been getting DUMPED on!

$750 round trip to Santiago really isn’t bad… 👀

Who’s ready to trade this heat for some cooler weather and snow?!❄️🏂

I’d take a beach and snorkeling trip too. 😂
