Help Needed! 🙏

We are seeking donations again this year for the Las Peñitas Community Children's Christmas Party on December 23.

Most of the children here are from very modest means and live in simple rustic and often dirt floor houses. So usually there is not extra household money for toys or other luxuries. So we have been helping organize and fundraise for this party the past 4 years to help bring the Las Peñitas community together to share some holiday cheer.

So in thae festive spirit of giving back we are raising funds to provide a nice toy (mid range by local standards) to around 250 local children age 10 and under. And we will pay for a nice meal and drink for each child and a parent. And there will be party decorations and many piñatas smashed for all.

Hi. The indigenous community is currently seeking donations to provide Food Aid gift bags to 50 of the most economically struggling families in Las Peñitas. The bags will be filled with basic food staples like toilet paper, rice, beans, salt, sugar, powdered milk, chicken, etc. They hope to provide the bags in the next week.

We will help facilitate the donations, verify supply purchase receipts and take photos of the supplies and completed gift bags to ensure the money gets where it needs to go.

If you would be willing to contribute I will gladly accept donations here at Encantiki or we can send someone to pick it up. Venmo and PayPal are also options so message Mike Lopez for details.
