Some goodbyes are harder than others… ❤️

This was the final chapter of an unforgettable journey with the Torres Sequeira and Rodríguez Torres family — their drop-off at the Peñas Blancas border.

This trip was especially meaningful to me because I personally had the privilege of being with them throughout their entire journey in Nicaragua. They never had to worry about being alone or figuring things out by themselves. I was there every step of the way — driving them, guiding them, sharing stories, laughing with them, and showing them the beauty of the country I love so deeply.

Together, we explored the incredible Masaya Volcano, the colorful streets of Granada, the historic city of León, the beautiful island of Ometepe, and the breathtaking beaches of San Juan del Sur. 🇳🇮

But beyond all the places we visited, what I will treasure the most is the connection we built as a family.

I truly feel that this beautiful family from Costa Rica came into our lives as guests… but left as family. ❤️

I take with me memories that I will treasure for the rest of my life, and I am sure that they, too, will carry a little piece of Nicaragua — and a little piece of us — in their hearts.

And this is exactly what I want people to understand about us.

🇳🇮✨ This family crossed Peñas Blancas with no idea what was coming. and days later, standing in the Pacific, they know.

It wasn't the volcano. It wasn't the cathedral. It wasn't Las Isletas, or Ometepe, or anything on the list.

It was this: a laugh that wasn't on the itinerary. A dad carrying his daughter through the waves like he was holding the whole world. A mother with her feet in the sand, nothing to solve, nothing to carry — because helping them create that memory was our only job.
