My “Nicaraguan Traffic” trilogy is officially complete. I’ve seen Gary and the lads, Daisy and her chicas, and now the rare ground-dwelling Howlers. I’m not stuck in traffic anymore, I’m in a live-action Disney movie! 🐐🐄🐒

For a second, I closed my eyes and I was back on the M25 - the grey tarmac, the smell of diesel, the existential dread of being stuck behind a van from Slough for three business days

Then I looked up. It’s not a broken-down Ford Focus or a lane closure at Junction 15. It’s just… Gary and the lads. 🐐🐐🐐

The word is out: my new chairs are officially the hottest spot in the jungle. 🐒🪑 The local howler monkey troupe decided to bring the whole extended family by for a viewing. No word yet on their official rating, but the show suggests they’re impressed.
