6. MUNDO DE ESPECIAS for spices, nuts and herbs.
7. LA COLONIA to restock your fridge after the holiday. Wednesday is discount day on produce.

The new speed limits have really affected the tours. For now, no more Managua or Jinotepe tours, but hopefully I can bring them back at some point. 🤞
My next shopping tour will be to Rivas in January, Deja Vu restaurant and checking out all the new changes in town.

We had so much fun last month, gonna offer it again! A slightly different tour day, of course!
Join me on Wednesday, April 30th for fun in the countryside.

Time: 8:30 at the park in SJDS
Cost: 1200 cords

We'll explore San Juan de Oriente for artisanal pottery and pots for plants. Then frolic in the awesome sunflower fields at Heliconias de Nicaragua. Grab lunch at Mi Viejo Ranchito for amazing food, great ambiance, large portions and great prices. Stop in at the Mirador de Catarina for some photo ops, and lastly a visit to Ecologico de La Gallina for every plant you can imagine and a large culinary herb selection.

It's time to visit Catarina again! 🥰

I'll introduce you to my favorite vendors in Catarina, off the beaten path, where you'll find an amazing selection of plants at great prices.
We'll lunch at Mi Viejo Ranchito, a Nicaraguan institution serving up tasty local cuisine, large portions, great service and prices.
Then it's on to San Juan de Oriente for planters for your new purchases and to visit the talented artisans of this friendly pueblo.
