While many Nicaraguans celebrated the Day of the Corn on the 26th is September we were busy harvesting on our farmlands. Our guides converted easily into agricultural labourers. Many truck trips after we had amassed 100 quintals of corn. That’s a mountain of tortillas!!! We are more than just a canyon!
