Her hard work was rewarded recently when she won the Russian “Masters of Hospitality” competition in the category Best Innovation Projects”

WTFL Young Talents. Where are they now?

Shassy E. Cahyani was a Young Talent Programme finalist in 2017 representing Bandung University in Indonesia.

Amazing news that she’s now studying for a Masters at Wageningen University in the Netherlands! Shassy says, participating in the World Tourism Forum Lucerne “made me realise how to maximize my capacity and how I should improve myself to get a jump in career”. With this attitude, it’s no surprise to hear she won a scholarship to continue her further education in Europe. Well deserved Shassy!

“Everyone will have to learn how to be comfortable around people, especially in large airports, on crowded planes, and in very large convention hotels and resorts”. What do you think?

But one thing is certain: It will be changed. Airports, airlines and hotels will be taking new precautions, experts predict. And conferences will eventually return.
