Als er niet snel actie komt dan wordt het definitief donker in de nacht. De nacht en de evenementen sector zijn de enige sectoren die volledig dicht moeten blijven, ondanks de beschikbare veilige protocollen. Met zijn allen in de Ikea, op Schiphol of in de trein is wel mogelijk, maar met genoeg ruimte in een goed geventileerde club wordt verboden, wie kan dat uitleggen?

Duizenden creatieven, artiesten, producenten en andere betrokkenen dreigen hun banen of bedrijf te verliezen. De jongeren, die deze crisis al grotendeels moeten betalen, verliezen zo hun uitlaatklep, creatieve ontdekking en belangrijke sociale interactie.

Liefdevoormuzieknu is a special campaign set up by United Independent Music Agencies in response to the Covid-19 crisis. Its aim is to unite the complete Dutch Live music industry to collectively flag the severe threat that the current crisis means to the future of live music in the Netherlands and in Europe.

Liefde For Muziek is a positive call for solidarity, a push for robust governmental support, and a request for a constructive exit strategy out of the crisis. If you would like further information on the initiative or want to support the cause please head to the petition.
