I want to share here one of my latest ideas: this summer I strolled through an East European town called Keszthely viewing many summer houses. Some with tennis courts, others with swimming pools or big garden teraces. I imagined how great it would be if I had such a place to go in summer; both
as a place to host events and just hang around and relax. Unfortunately, houses are usually costly; but then I thought that there are probably more people who want to have a summer house. Share the costs and share the house. It is not so much about the amount of money but about the amount of people. This is the great advantage of Facebook: we can reach a lot of people. So everybody who is interested in sharing a summerhouse could donate a small or big sum. Anybody's transaction would be the key to the house as soon it is bought. The whole project is based on trust. You have to trust me that I will not spend your money on drugs or carpets or whatever (if you only invest $1 you do not risk too much but if it is $100 then you might be more considered though). You also have to trust me that I will buy a house which you would like, eventually. I was thinking about a house in Spain. A big one since there might be a lot of people coming at the same time. It needs to have a big garden for camping if the house is filled up with people. Well, and I have to trust you that you do not go wild, looting the kitchen of our new summer house and vanish for good. On the other hand it is your house and you can do whatever you want. Thus, it is a big trust-eveyone project. I do not know whether it would work out but I thought it is worth it to give it a try. There is nothing to loose. Only a house. see you,
