ACS was proud to deliver comprehensive audiovisual solutions throughout the PRI in Person Conference, held at RAI Amsterdam this week.

Working closely with the Rapier Group, we helped bring the conference environment to life, contributing to the overall look and feel of the event. Our technical delivery was the AV throughout the venue, as well as two 7x4 metre LED walls and a backdrop in the Auditorium, alongside customised backdrops in each breakout room, and with Ilona Hendriks as show caller at the main stage, everything ran smoothly.

All sessions were recorded, edited and made available to the conference organisers within hours, ensuring attendees could revisit key discussions and insights for each session.

A big thank you to PRI and the rapiergroup for their trust and collaboration. It was a pleasure to work together to deliver a successful conference!

In recognition of PRI’s commitment to making the conference as sustainable as possible, ACS made a donation on their behalf to the Justdiggit Foundation to support the regreening of 15,000 m² of degraded land in Africa.

The EADV - European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology Congress took place at the Austria Center Vienna from 30 September to 3 October, bringing together an impressive 20,300 participants.

ACS was proud to contribute to the technical delivery of the congress, supporting the AV infrastructure and streamlining the technical workflow across all sessions, as well as the EADV Games. With a large and diverse programme, reliable technology and close coordination were essential to keeping every session running smoothly.

We are incredibly grateful for the continued trust EADV has placed in ACS over the years.

Thank you for the partnership — we look forward to continuing to support EADV and creating future successful events together!

ACS was delighted to provide the audio solutions throughout FERMA’s congress at Rotterdam Ahoy Convention Centre. As well as ensuring clear, consistent sound for the three-day programme, we also supplied the projectors, stage lighting and moving heads.

We worked closely with FERMA’s own team by bringing together our AV expertise and equipment with FERMA’s production resources, to create a well-coordinated technical environment designed to support every aspect of the congress.

The right technology, experienced technicians and strong production collaboration — bringing the event together on stage and behind the scenes.

Today, all stakeholders in the energy transition are gathering for the annual Recharge Earth conference at the Rotterdam Ahoy Convention Centre.

This event brings together companies, government bodies, grid operators, the industrial sector, knowledge institutions, and innovators.

ACS audiovisual solutions in collaboration with our long-standing partners Euroforum and Ahoy, had the privilege of contributing to knowledge sharing on this important topic. We were responsible for setting up the plenary hall, the exhibition floor, and the pitch stage.

For many years, we have had the privilege of supporting the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) with audiovisual services and temporary conference room solutions for their annual congress. Every year brings new challenges, new ideas and an incredible amount of teamwork behind the scenes.

But ESC Congress 2026 in Munich was something truly special. With more than 33,000 participants, this year's congress reached a record attendance — an incredible achievement and a testament to the dedication of everyone involved. A huge congratulations to the entire ESC team! 👏

Behind a congress of this size are countless hours of preparation, coordination and collaboration. And while creating a great experience for thousands of participants is important, we believe it is equally important to consider the footprint we leave behind. That is why we were particularly proud to support ESC's sustainability efforts this year🌱 On behalf of ESC, ACS has donated 50,000 m² of land to be regreened through the Justdiggit programme. We were delighted to see this commitment recognised during the congress, when Marco Noordegraaf presented Nathalie Bernard and Ghislain Daval with the donation certificate.

We are incredibly grateful to ESC for the trust and partnership over all these years, and proud of everyone at ACS who contributes to making this collaboration possible. Here’s to continuing to create great events, together — and making every one of them count. 💚

ACS was honoured to be the AV and Presentation Management system supplier to the 23rd IAGG World Congress of Gerontology and Geriatrics—organized by the Dutch professional event agency Congress Care, in the RAI Amsterdam

As well as setting up the AV throughout the congress, ACS's skilled technicians were available to support all the speakers onsite in the Speaker Lounge. Helping them make last minute changes to their presentations, or just get to know the user-friendly presentation system on the demo lecterns - before stepping onstage. Our technicians also worked behind the scenes to make sure that every presentation appeared on the right screen, at the right time. Helping speakers deliver polished and professional presentations.

Congratulations IAGG2026 for a successful congress – it was a pleasure to work with you!.

On June 1st we once again had the pleasure of supporting the Diversity Dinner from Global People at the beautiful Spoorwegmuseum.

As in previous years, our team was entrusted with the complete audio-visual production for this special event. In addition to providing sound, lighting and presentation support for the plenary dinner and the job market, we also created detailed venue layout drawings to ensure the perfect room setup and a smooth experience for both the organisers, external caterer, and guests.

It is always a privilege to contribute to an event that brings together people from diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences, whereby meaningful conversations and connections are stimulated.

We would like to thank Global People for their continued trust and collaboration. We are proud to be part of this event year after year and look forward to supporting future editions.

Congratulations to the organisers who welcomed more than 12,000 attendees from over 119 countries.

It is always a pleasure to work with European Hematology Association (EHA) on their annual congress, held this year in Stockholm. We were proud to contribute to the success of the congress by delivering a wide range of AV solutions, including sound, lighting, and projection for the Nobel Hall, round stage, tribune, a 4-camera setup for the Debate Session room, and AV support in the session rooms, meeting rooms and EHA back office.

Thank you to Interplan for your continued trust, to mevents and Adapt - Your Partner in Event & Exhibition Production for the great teamwork throughout the event. And a big thanks to the venue team at Stockholmsmässan - your quick and efficient support was invaluable.

To celebrate our long-standing partnership with EHA, we presented Candice Gregorini with a certificate acknowledging our donation, made on behalf of EHA, to the Justdiggit programme, contributing to its mission of cooling down the planet by regreening it.

We look forward to the next edition! 🎉
