Plantation Barbados 2011
After the limited releases of Fiji 2005 & Jamaica 2003, Plantation has send us the final 2020 Vintages release. The Barbados 2011 is a 9 year old rum that has been aged in bourbon casks for 4.5 years in Barbados and 4.5 in Cognac. With an ABV of 51,1%, the rum is great for sipping. It is gentle at first and very fruity on raisins and walnut. Then it becomes stronger and dryer with tons of chocolate, caramel, vanilla and nutmeg with some dried flowers and cooked fruits and citrus peel building up sip after sip. Mezcal El Jolgorio editions are a must have for mezcal lovers from all over the world. These mezcals are made from 100% extremely rare and wild agave species. This year we've received Especiales from Arroqueno (+20yrs before harvest), Cenizo (+14yrs), Coyote (+16yrs) and Tobasiche (+14yrs). Roasted and produced in a traditional way, these El Jolgorio Especiales are available in very limited qualities.

Flavors:
- complex, spicy and savoy with notes of pepper and clove
(A. Karwinskii) - dry and herbal with flavors of dry herbs, epazote and laurel
- meaty with notes of salt and herbs
- fresh and herbal with light caramel and honey tones

It's in! Kyrö Malt is the first Finnish single batch rye whisky, made from 100% malted Finnish wholegrain rye. It is double pot-distilled and aged in new American white oak casks. We use only intense and spicy Finnish rye, smoothening pot distillation and bold barrels, resulting in a whisky you have never tasted before. Kyrö Malt was awarded a gold medal at IWSC 2020.

Nose: Vanilla, dried fruits & rye
Palete: Sweet bread, honey, pepper, mocha & caramel.

New ! Together with Teeling Whisky Distillery, our lovely friends from The Kyrö Distillery have casked their spirit in each other's casks. The result is is a mellow cask aged gin inspired by Ireland – with distilled stout and blackberries, matured in ex-Teeling Whisky Barrels.

It is the 2nd collaboration gin made for Kyrö Distillery's Kyrö x Friends-series. Enjoy straight-up! Kippis & Sláinte!

Limited to 1600 bottles worldwide.
