Today was the start of SAIL Amsterdam, held every five years. This year it's returning for its tenth edition. A fleet of hundreds of ships, boats, and special vessels sailed the IJ River and are now docked near the city center! This year marks a triple celebration: SAIL’s 50th anniversary, Amsterdam’s 750th anniversary, and the event itself.

So cool. some weeks ago I had photographer Jonathan Irish Photography from National Geographic on our bike tour for Mike's Tours Amsterdam

We did a bike tour through the city and the crew asked me to do some of the shots with a gimbal stabiliser. I have some experience with that ;-)
