❗❗❗❗❗Travel Requirements to Boracay (Caticlan)❗❗❗❗❗
Updated as of September 21, 2021
Based on government regulations, guests bound for Boracay are advised of the following travel guidelines.
Caticlan (Boracay) Airport only accepts tourists from areas under General Community Quarantine (GCQ). All Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI), Returning Overseas Filipino (ROF) and Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR) should travel via Kalibo, instead of via Caticlan. Please check with your local government units for the latest updates.
Since the National Capital Region (NCR) is currently under GCQ Alert Level 4, tourists from Metro Manila may be accepted for entry to Caticlan, but restrictions imposed in NCR shall be applied. As such, only tourists who are eighteen (18) to sixty-five (65) years old may be allowed to enter Caticlan.
For Boracay Tourists, you are required to present the following documents, to be accepted for flight:
■Negative RT-PCR (swab) test result or negative Saliva RT-PCR test result (from Philippine Red Cross or other laboratories accredited by both DOH and FDA) conducted within 72 hours before flight departure. Infants (two (2) years old and below) are exempted from this requirement.
■Confirmed hotel booking or reservation from any DOT-accredited accommodation establishments in Boracay
■Roundtrip Tickets
■Proof of Identity with Philippine residency
■Copy of pending application for Travel Coordination Permit (TCP) from S-PaSS.
■Tourist QR Code. Please fill up the Health Declaration form at least 24 hours before the flight via https://touristboracay.com and register as "Tourist".
Processing for the Tourist QR Code takes approximately twelve (12) hours after receipt of documents. Please wait for the confirmation email to get the Tourist QR Code, and keep a printed or digital copy of this. You have to present your Tourist QR code upon boarding the flight and when accessing services in Boracay island.
Upon arrival, guests are required to take Caticlan Airport Authority-accredited transfers to Boracay island. These are requirements we have as of the date indicated. Requirements may change from time to time without prior notice. Please continue checking with the local government unit of your destination for the latest updates.
