Meet the crew! Jasmin always puts safety and hospitality at the forefront of everything she does. She loves sharing information about Amsterdam as it’s her favourite city in the world. With her unwavering enthusiasm and hands-on approach, she easily navigates in and around the predominantly male world of the Amsterdam canals. After studying hospitality management and working in the hotel and restaurant business of Amsterdam she simply just missed ‘being outside’. Now at BOATAMSTERDAM she is able to combine best of both worlds. With her love for learning new languages and cultures, she’ll most likely not let you leave the boat before properly pronouncing “proost”, the Dutch way of saying “cheers” 😉 We at BOATAMSTERDAM are not always able to guarantee good weather (although we have been very lucky as of late) but with hosts as Jasmin we can guarantee sailing filled with so much fun, knowledge and insights that the hour on the water will feel like the essence of the saying: “Time flies when you’re having fun”.
