Tulip season is at its peak 🌷✨
Fields are bursting with color right now — rows of red, pink, yellow, and purple stretching as far as you can see.
But here’s something you might not expect: some of these beautiful blooms are already being “headed” (topped off). 🌱✂️
That’s because these tulips aren’t grown for the flowers — they’re grown for the bulbs.
By removing the flower, all the plant’s energy goes back into the bulb, making it stronger and better for next season. So while it may look a little sad to see the flowers go, it’s all part of the process behind those stunning spring displays we love.
Enjoy them while they last — tulip season is short, but unforgettable 💛🌷
