Reef & Beach Resort Zanzibar is looking for an experienced and passionate Food and Beverage Manager to take charge of all F&B operations and deliver world-class guest experiences in our vibrant beachfront setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, and special events
- Recruit, train, and lead an enthusiastic F&B team
- Plan, forecast, and manage budgets, purchasing, and inventory
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and service
- Collaborate on menu development and continuous improvement
- Monitor revenues, control costs, and optimise profit margins
- Organise and manage banquets, events, and group functions
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Resolve guest issues with professionalism and care
- Inspire a culture of teamwork, motivation, and accountability

What You Bring
*Minimum 3 years’ experience in an F&B management role, preferably in a resort or hotel
*Solid understanding of food safety regulations and financial principles
*Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
*Hands-on approach with a guest-first mindset
*Ability to thrive in a multicultural, fast-paced environment

Are you a hands-on engineering leader ready to take charge of safari lodge infrastructure in some of the most remote and beautiful corners of Tanzania?

Beach & Safari Holidays is looking for a dynamic Maintenance Manager to oversee technical operations and infrastructure development across our Africa Safari properties in Northern Tanzania. From existing lodge maintenance to the setup of brand-new sites, this is a high-impact role with strategic oversight and real on-the-ground leadership.

We are one of Tanzania’s fastest-growing hospitality groups, with a strong focus on sustainability, guest experience, and long-term conservation. Our lodges are designed to blend seamlessly with their environment, delivering authentic safari experiences with modern comforts.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Managing infrastructure and physical assets across multiple remote lodges
- Leading MEP setup and commissioning of new properties
- Overseeing preventive maintenance, emergency support, and audits
- Building and mentoring local maintenance teams
- Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations
- Promoting sustainable energy, solar, and water systems
- Managing maintenance budgets and reporting directly to senior leadership

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

* Has a degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
* Has 2+ years in maintenance management, ideally in remote or hospitality environments
* Understands solar systems, generators, boreholes, and bush logistics
* Is hands-on, calm under pressure, and culturally sensitive
* Holds a valid driver’s licence and is comfortable with frequent travel
