Workshop: What to expect when entering a recruitment flow, from A-Z by Prysmian Group

Prysmian Group has joined the TU Delft YourCareer week last March and they are happy to share their insights into recruitment again. They will talk about the recruitment flow in their company – the different steps including assessments. After this workshop you will know what kind of assessments there are and you will have been provided with some tools to prepare for this part of the recruitment process. Besides that they will share their thoughts about how to get ready for to your interview and about the company’s expectations from candidates.

Vahab Rostampour - Vahab did his PhD at DCSC and is currently working for ABN AMRO, a Dutch bank, as a quantitative analyst.

Koen van der Mijle - Koen completed his master degree at DCSC. Afterwards, he co-founded the startup called MoorInsight and he is currently working for Itility

Marijn Spruijt - A veteran who finished his degree in Systems & Control about 35 years ago and has many years of experience working for Shell. Currently works independently as a consultant

Max Thone - Max graduated in 2015 and now is working for Databricks, a data and AI company that helps data teams solve the world’s toughest problems.
