Onze dealer Elektrotechniek Van Heerdt BV heeft afgelopen week de werkzaamheden gestart bij Mts. Verweel in Zeewolde (NL).

Hier wordt momenteel een nieuwe 𝗸𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗯𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲𝘁 𝗱𝗿𝘂𝗸𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲 (airbags) gerealiseerd, welke direct wordt gekoppeld aan de bestaande Croptimiz-r installatie.

Daarnaast wordt het systeem voorzien van een Smart Energie Manager (SEM), waardoor de klant straks nog slimmer en efficiënter kan sturen op zijn energieverbruik.

Van Heerdt is nu bezig met de algemene elektra, zoals voedingen, verlichting en de luikbediening. Hierna gaat het team verder met de montage van de ventilatoren, airbags, sensoren en de afronding van het project.

Met deze nieuwe bewaarloods zet ook Mts. Verweel een mooie stap richting een toekomstbestendige en energie-efficiënte bewaring!

Built by our dealer 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐢 𝐒𝐑𝐋 in Argentina, this bulk potato storage with floor ventilation was completed in 2024 and doubled in size in 2025. The storage is designed with relatively small cells to align with local harvest capacity, while allowing for easy connection and future expansion.

The storage now consists of 2x5 (10) cells for fries potatoes, each with a capacity of 1,800 tons, providing a total storage capacity of 18,000 tons.

Onze dealer Frilim (Gorredijk) is in de zomer van 2025 gestart met de uitbreiding van de kistenbewaring bij LBB De Groot. Een totaalproject waarin 𝟴 𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘂𝘄𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻 worden gerealiseerd voor onder andere aardappelen, zoete aardappelen, rode bieten en uien.

De wens van de klant was duidelijk: een moderne installatie met 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲‑𝗼𝗳‑𝘁𝗵𝗲‑𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝗹𝘂𝗶𝗱𝘀𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗲. Dit zodat de nieuwe schuur, die dicht bij de buren wordt geplaatst, 𝘇𝗼 𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗷𝗸 𝗴𝗲𝗹𝘂𝗶𝗱 produceert.

Met behulp van 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀 is het ventilatiegeluid sterk verminderd, terwijl de luchtstroom en de productkwaliteit optimaal blijven.
