ESN Nijmegen https://linktr.ee/esnnijmegen. On the 14th January 2018, we became part of the biggest student association of Europe, the Erasmus Student Network.

ESN Nijmegen is a student organization for internationally-minded students of Radboud University and HAN University of Applied Sciences in Nijmegen. Although still a young association, our aim is to create a unique platform of integration of Dutch and international students with activities where students can meet and mingle! Do you have what it takes to be the top chef of ESN Nijmegen? Can you handle the heat, or will you get out of the kitchen? It’s time to sharpen your knives and perfect your recipes because the ESN Masterchef Competition is here!

Whether you’re a gourmet expert or a professional pasta-maker, we want to see what you’ve got. This isn't just a cook-off, it's a test of skill, speed, and imagination.

👩‍🍳 HOW IT WORKS: To keep things fair, all teams will be given the exact same ingredients. What you create with them is up to you!
Each team has exactly 45 minutes to prepare their dish. ⏱️
Teams will compete in turns to ensure everyone has enough space and equipment to shine.
Once the timer hits zero, you’ll present your creation to our panel of judges.

⭐ JUDGING CRITERIA
Our jury isn't just looking for a good meal; they are looking for a Masterchef! You will be scored on:

🎨 Creativity: How unique is your use of the ingredients?

👅 Taste: Is it delicious?

🔪 Ex*****on: Are the techniques and textures on point?

🍽️ Presentation: Does it look like a five-star dish?
