Last week we received a new project in our workshop, the Zacmi 623 seamer.

Over the coming period, our team in the workshop will carry out an overhaul of this seamer.
As a first step, we will perform a “zero” inspection followed by a detailed report.
Based on the findings we will work closely with the customer to define the most suitable overhaul plan.

In addition, some upgrades and modifications will be implemented.

We will share updates along the way.

Last week we received a new project in our workshop, the Zacmi 623 seamer.

Over the coming period, our team in the workshop will carry out an overhaul of this seamer.

Over the past 2 weeks, we have been fully focused on the complete overhaul of a Ferrum 912 seamer.

The seamer was previously inspected and the full overhaul plan was shared with the customer to bring the seamer back to original condition and ready for another several years of production.

With this plan and the ex*****on of the work we’ve been able to significantly extend the seamer’s operational lifespan.

Great teamwork with the local mechanics and attention to detail made this project a success. On to the next challenge.

Also the “smaller” machines get our full attention. 🔧

This week, we started a full overhaul of a Lubeca LW502 seamer, used at a craft brewery 🍺

The machine has been completely stripped down, with all assemblies being overhauled and modifications implemented to improve reliability and performance for the future.⚙️
