Bougatsa - is a kind of sweet pie made of phyllo pastry & semolina custard. This is a kind of food that tastes good in daytime, delicious at late night and best enjoyed with pleasant memories. If you want to eat this pie from roadside food court you will also get a sprinkle of powder sugar and cinnamon on top.
Our recommendation for a one of the most delicious Bougatsa is to go TO ANOTERON, 59 Agiou Dimitriou Street in Thessaloniki. The restaurant is run by two friendly brothers and their father. Try it with a caffe frappe! Unforgettable! ;)

Do not miss! Santa Tecla Fiesta in Tarragona from September 15, 2016 to September 24, 2016! On these days, everyone comes out onto the streets and squares of Tarragona. The central axis of the celebrations is the traditional parade, made up of “big-head” carnival figures and characters who dance to music played on different traditional instruments. One of the most popular events is the Correfoc or fire-running, which is also the closing event of the fiesta. The people run and jump over characters dressed up as devils and dragons, carrying fire. Another much-awaited moment is the spectacular exhibition of castellers or human castles, which reach up to nine tiers high. Enjoy! ;)
