Our tours depart every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 or 14.00 from our shop: Baan 175, Rotterdam. You can make a reservation via our website, call us, send an email our inquire at the reception of your hotel.

Itโ€™s a strange nickname, but thereโ€™s a reason for it. In 1940, the bombing destroyed almost the entire city centre. What you see today was built after that. And that is exactly what makes Rotterdam so interesting to explore.

During our Highlight Bike Tour, weโ€™ll take you through the city and the story behind it. In 2.5 hours, youโ€™ll cycle past places like the Markthal, Cube Houses, Erasmus Bridge, Old Harbour, Hotel New York, Kop van Zuid and Katendrecht.

The tour is โ‚ฌ32.50 per person, including guide and bike.

Rotterdamse Dakendagen is back from 30 May to 7 June, with 42 rooftops opening up around Hofplein, Weena and Stationsplein.

And thereโ€™s more waiting above street level than just a good view. Think green roof gardens, small concerts, theatre, dance and exhibitions.

Rotterdam always feels connected to the water. It is in the views, the bridges, the breeze and the way the city keeps opening up around the river. One of the best ways to get to know Rotterdam is simply to follow the waterfront.
