These services are complex, mostly multi- disciplinary and often require an open innovation approach to be designed and delivered profitably. Therefore, the connection between education and research is essential, creating well educa

ted employees who will shine as innovators. It is an evolution. The journey to understand servitization and the way to go beyond requires different knowledge, skills and behaviour of the people involved. Business Services is about people with “out of the box” thinking capabilities, eager to take the risk and with specific knowledge, skills and behaviour.
