Good evening lovely people!

Firstly, thank you to all those who have been keeping me crazy busy till all hours of the morning with enquiries and bookings - I appreciate you all! 🥰

I will be out of the office in sunny Florida from 30/5 - 19/6 visiting the theme parks, the water parks, the malls and maybe even the beach, and I'll be sure to post some content on here for anyone considering an Orlando holiday. Some of you will know, I worked at Walt Disney World and I consider Orlando my second home - so if there's anything you want to know, just drop me a message.

The wonderful Hays Travel Customer Services team will be keeping a close eye on all of my customers' bookings while I'm away. 🌸🏯🎎👹THE WONDERS OF THE FAR EAST 🇨🇳🇰🇷🇭🇰🇯🇵

Martyn, Lisa and their son Sean recently returned from an incredible adventure to Japan, South Korea, China and Hong Kong. Being big Disney fans, they wanted to visit all of the Far East parks, as well as immerse themselves in culture and tradition.

They had an incredible trip including a cruise and hotel stays, and on a particularly special day Martyn got to honour his grandad who was posted in Hiroshima exactly 80 years ago - a special moment for him to share with his family. 👨‍👩‍👦 💕

🇺🇸🌴🌟IT’S VEGAS BABY! 🎲🎰🍹

The lovely Jools and Andy have just returned from their week in Las Vegas! I thoroughly enjoyed planning their trip (and it’s made me think about going back for another visit myself).

Here’s what they got up to and what they had to say…. ⬇️

“Holiday over just like that! Vegas you were amazing 🤩 can’t get over the size of the place, buildings were incredible and the views outstanding. Beautiful hotels the size of a town each! lol 😂 mountains in the background seemed so close. The Sphere is a sight to see, No Doubt and the Wizard of Oz were mind blowing. A week I’ll never forget and another crossed off my bucket list. 😊

I’m back from my cruise in the Norwegian Fjords on P&O’s Iona and we had a fabulous time!

So, I’m back to work booking more fabulous holidays for you and I’m very excited about two things this week!

Firstly, the Walt Disney World Free Dining and Drinks promotion for 2027 is now live, and also, P&O Cruises have just released holidays up to June 2028. So, if you like to plan ahead and spread the cost, now is a great time to do it.

After a picturesque four hour sail back out of the fjords last night, and another night cruising north while we slept, today’s stop on our Norwegian Fjords cruise on P&O’s Iona was the coastal town of Alesund.

We’ve had a lovely day mooching around antique stores, shops and taking in the sights of the town and surrounding islands.

Today’s stop on our Norwegian Fjords cruise on P&O’s Iona is Olden. We were on deck wrapped up warm at 6.30am this morning to witness the sail in through the fjords and they didn’t disappoint.

The last time I was here we had very low and very thick cloud. It was still a lovely day, but today makes me feel incredibly lucky to be enjoying it in the beautiful sunshine. We’ve come to the Loen Sky Lift, which is one of the steepest cable car systems in the world. If you zoom in you can see the ship, 3317 feet below.

Next up is coffee and cake! ☕️ 🧁

Happy Monday you lovely lot!

I’m sailing on the beautiful P&O Iona this week to the Norwegian Fjords. It’s a very special ship for me to be on, as the owner and Chair of Hays Travel, Dame Irene Hays is her official Godmother. 🚢

We had a fabulous day at sea yesterday exploring the ship, and in addition to eating some lovely food, we were entertained in the theatre and had great fun at the silent disco in the Sky Dome.

Today we’ve been in the lovely harbour port of Stavanger and I’m pleased to say the sun shone (which is very different to the stair rod rain that we had last time we were here). We’ve just got back on the ship and been treated to a performance by the Stavanger Gospel Company who were incredible.

Now it’s time to change for dinner and get an early night so we can be up on deck at 6.30am tomorrow morning to witness the stunning fjords as we sail into our next stop of Olden.

OUT OF OFFICE Advance Notice! 17/4/26 - 27/4/26 🚢🌊🍹🌄

Just to give you lovely lot a heads up that I will be 'out of the office' between Friday 17th April and Monday 27th April as I will be sailing on the stunning P&O Iona around the Norwegian Fjords.

If you need any assistance with your existing booking while I'm away, don't worry - I will be checking my emails regularly so drop me a message or an email and I'll get someone in the fabulous team at Hays Travel Head Office to help you.

If I've given you a quote and you'd like to get booked up before I go, please get in touch before Thursday to give me enough time to focus on getting your fabulous trip confirmed.

This is my second time doing this cruise (it was sooo good I had to do it again!) and I'll be sure to post lots of pictures of this fabulous no-fly trip from Southampton, which you can book from as little as £719 per person based on two sharing an inside cabin, which includes all meals, tea coffee & juice, entertainment, and all tips and gratuities. All inclusive packages, including drinks, WiFi and speciality dining credit can be added on for an extra cost.

Cruise Ship Statistics Sunday! 🚢🛳️

Happy Sunday you lovely lot! Even if you haven't cruised before, you'll likely be familiar with Royal Caribbean and you may be aware of their process of naming all their ships '...... of the Seas'. But did you know there were so many ships in their fleet, and how they have grown in size over the years?

I was at the Port of Miami in November and 'Icon of the Seas' sailed past us and she is gargantuan! Take a look at how small the cars are on the road behind her! 'Icon of the Seas' and her sister ship 'Star of the Seas' are currently the largest cruise ships in the world at nearly a quarter of a million GT (gross tonnage), and two further Icon class ships are coming our way - 'Legend of the Seas' later this year, and 'Hero of the Seas' in 2027.
