Transient Hypofrontality, Transient (temporary) Hypo (slowed/less) Frontality (pre-frontal cortex of the brain) a term also known as “flow state” the state of mind I crave more then anything really. I guess that’s why I love a lot of the activities that I do, simply because they put me in that state of mind. I love acro because it’s a quick switch into flow state.

Having another person rely on you to make sure that they are physically safe through technical maneuvers turns on a different part of my brain and shuts everything else off.

Just spent 8 hours in straight flow state editing some of the videos for the course. It’s a weird feeling when you’re so immersed in what you’re doing that the sun starts coming up and you realize you’ve been up for so long haha. Forever chasing that flow 🍃 photos taken at Uh May.
