Here’s Janine’s group from Australia 🇦🇺, the UK 🇬🇧, and the Netherlands 🇳🇱. They are standing at Bryggen, in front of the woodcutter at Bugården. These statues were used as identification of the alleys at Bryggen so traders knew where to deliver their goods.

Over the weekend Magda had a guest from Ireland 🇮🇪. They enjoyed a beautiful spring day, with temperatures in the double digits (!) and the Buekorps brigades out practicing.

Here is Janine’s group from the UK 🇬🇧, USA 🇺🇸, Germany 🇩🇪, Hungary 🇭🇺, and Norway 🇳🇴. They had a rare April day where it wasn’t rainy or windy, so got to stand in front of the Rosenkrantz Tower - a 13th century royal tower “modernised” in the 16th century.

Last week Janine had a group from England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 and Australia 🇦🇺 (one of Janine’s primary school friends and her son!). They are standing in front of a statue of Ludvig Holberg, who was born in Bergen in 1684.
