For International Chefs Day, we’re celebrating the craft, creativity and passion behind great plates🤌
 
We got hands-on at a cooking class at Beckerwyc House in Bekkjarvik Norway, home to Mirabelle by Ørjan Johannessen, the Michelin-starred restaurant one hour outside of Bergen.
 
We learned to make a three-course meal using incredible local ingredients like fish, cheese, scallops and chanterelles.

Aaaand some we’d never even heard of before!👀 Like finger lime, tiny pearl-like citrus beads that burst with fresh lime flavour. So, so good!
