THE FJORDS OF NORWAY

Guaranteed departure: 07 July - 15 July 2026

Discover the magnificent Fjords of Norway on this exclusive tour, covering all the major sights of the region. Highlights include Bergen and Oslo, cruises on the Sogne- and Geiranger Fjords, the Briksdal Glacier, and the Flåm Railway.

Day 1
Arrive in Norway’s capital, meet your tour es**rt and fellow travelers in the evening for a welcome drink.

Day 2
Start the day with a panoramic city tour and visit the Fram Museum. Travel through the scenic Halling Valley and across the Hardanger Plateau, stopping at the dramatic Vøringsfoss Waterfall before arriving in the fjord-side village of Ulvik.

Day 3
Journey to Voss and take the train to Myrdal, followed by a ride on the Flåm Railway. Cruise through the UNESCO-listed Nærøyfjord before continuing to Bergen, surrounded by mountains and fjords.

Day 4
Explore Bergen’s historic Bryggen Harbour, the Fish and Flower Market, and ride the funicular to Mount Fløien. Travel north by ferry and road along the Sognefjord to the peaceful village of Balestrand.

Day 5
Enjoy a full day at leisure in Balestrand, with opportunities for hiking, biking, or rowing on the fjord.

Day 6
Take a ferry across the fjord and drive beneath the Jostedal Glacier to the village of Skei. Visit the famous Briksdal Glacier by Troll car and enjoy a scenic walk before continuing to Loen.

Day 7
Cruise the iconic Geirangerfjord, passing waterfalls like the Seven Sisters and Bridal Veil. Visit the Geiranger Skywalk for breathtaking views, then travel through Lom and the Gudbrands Valley to Lillehammer.

Day 8
Drive alongside Lake Mjøsa and visit the Holmenkollen Ski Museum & Tower for views over Oslo. Return to the capital for your final evening in Norway.

Day 9 – Departure
Enjoy a morning stroll through Oslo’s modern Bjørvika district before heading to the airport.

Embark on an exclusive journey from Bergen to Oslo, staying at first-class hotels in the best locations. This tour combines iconic cities, breathtaking nature, and unforgettable experiences.

Day 1
Your journey begins in beautiful Bergen, where charming streets and harbor views welcome you. Meet your tour es**rt at 19:00 in the hotel lobby and enjoy your first evening at leisure.

Day 2
Discover Bergen’s highlights with a local guide – from the lively Fish & Flower Market to the iconic Bryggen Harbour. Ride the Fløibanen funicular for breathtaking views before heading north along the Sognefjord to Balestrand.

Day 3
A free day in Balestrand to soak in the fjord beauty. Relax on the hotel terrace, explore the village, or take a walk in the mountains. Nature at its finest.

Day 4
Travel past glaciers and lakes to the famous Briksdal Glacier by Troll car. After lunch and glacier views, continue to Loen, nestled between fjord and mountains.

Day 5
After breakfast, depart by coach to Hellesylt and enjoy a cruise on the Geirangerfjord followed by a scenic drive to the Geiranger Skywalk at Mt. Dalsnibba (weather permitting). Continue to Lom, and descend through the Gudbrands Valley to Lillehammer. Dinner and overnight in the town center.

Day 6
After breakfast, drive along Lake Mjøsa to Oslo. Visit the Holmenkollen Ski Museum & Tower for panoramic views and insights into Norway’s ski history.
Check in at your hotel in the city center. Dinner on your own.

Day 7
Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy a morning stroll along Aker Brygge or explore Bjørvika’s modern architecture, including the Deichman Library and Munch Museum. Transfer on your own to Oslo Airport – Gardermoen – for your flight home.
