Vår gode samarbeidspartner Trainee up har jubileum🙌😀 for 10 år siden startet opp med å ønske lærlinger, elever, lærere og andre velkommen til Barcelona. Vi var en av de første de startet samarbeidet med😀 vi gratulerer med jubileum🌞
[FIRST YEAR]
We spent the first few months laying the foundation, and by 2016, Trainee+Up officially launched. In the beginning, we offered two main lines of service:
1️⃣ Freelance recruitment, specialising exclusively in Erasmus+ students. We managed the entire process on behalf of host companies - from candidate selection and online interviews to handling paperwork and offering ongoing support to students.
2️⃣ Acting as an intermediary organisation, we partnered directly with vocational schools and universities to arrange internships for larger groups of students.
Alongside internship placements, we also provided additional services such as accommodation, airport transfers, and cultural programmes - all fully funded by the Erasmus+ Programme.
After sending out thousands of emails and building endless databases, we finally received our first replies - one from Norway , the other from Germany .fairbund. We organised a few online meetings, and soon after, welcomed our very first partner visit to Barcelona.
We had no idea then, but those early partnerships would become so very important to Trainee+Up’s story. 🤝
