2024 was a big year for us. We welcomed a new CEO, launched our Impact Fund, and continued our journey as a proud B Corp - but most importantly, we stayed true to what matters: Responsible travel, community connection, and protecting the places we love.

Our 2024 Impact Report is now live, and it’s more than just numbers. It’s a reflection of the choices we’ve made - and the ones we’re committed to making.

Here are a few highlights:

- Donated 950,000 NOK through our Impact Fund to support environmental restoration, biodiversity, and local communities
- Reduced our average carbon footprint per customer night by 29 percent compared to our 2019 baseline
- Cut booked customer flights by 59 percent, prioritising low-emission transport and rail travel
- Ensured 70 percent of client funds stayed in the destination, supporting local economies and Indigenous communities
- Achieved 100 percent renewable energy usage across our leased offices
- Supported the restoration of kelp forests and wild pollinator habitats through strategic partnerships
- Launched our first staff volunteering program, with 257 hours donated to community and environmental projects
- Received a strong Employee Net Promoter Score of 59, reflecting a healthy and engaged workplace culture
- Expanded our small group tours, which have up to 80 percent lower emissions than self-drive travel
- Maintained our B Corp certification and Travelife Partner status, reinforcing our commitment to transparency and accountability

We know sustainability isn’t a checkbox - it’s a mindset. And we’re proud to be shaping travel that’s not only memorable, but meaningful.

GREAT NEWS for our travellers - Finnair has landed in Kirkenes, Norway! The first guests coming from Helsinki and Ivalo, of course, were served a taste of King Crab from the Kirkenes Snow hotel this morning.

​This route, which will go all year, will be immensely important for tourism in the Barents region!

Our Snowhotel guests from Australia, Michael and Philippa were warmed greeted at the airport!
