KJERAG IS NOW CLOSED FOR THE SEASON
A huge thank you to all 67,000 hikers from around the world who visited Lysebotn and the stunning Lysefjord to experience Kjerag this year!
All facilities at Kjerag Parking are now closed. The chains along the trail have been removed. Please note that the road and trail to Kjerag are closed during winter due to ice and snow. The road typically reopens around mid-May, depending on snow conditions.
We’ll keep you posted on our page and at www.kjerag.info as soon as we have an update on the opening date for May 2025.
