📍Kristinelundveien 22, Oslo aka "the Crime villa"

🏠This monumental villa from 1916 in the Nordic neo-baroque style was designed by a Einar Engelstad.

Described as the foremost monument to the working-class era.

Since 1973, the building has housed the Nordic Shipowners' Association.

🤯The villa was called the "Forbrydelsen" (A Crime!!!), considering that the money earned during the working-class era around the First World War was usually not earned ethically.

If that wasn't enough- the villa was used by the German occupation authorities as a courthouse during World War II.

Approximately 150 Norwegian citizens were sentenced to death by the German SS in this building.
