Getting busy in Oslo! Cruise season has started. In addition to these 4, is the daily ferry to Fr.havn Denmark and Kiel Germany. 6 Giants in one day and Oslo looks tiny! Many ways to reach Oslo, hope you find the right on for you!

Had a fun day yesterday with a group from Sweden, afterwards we came across the official lunch hosted by the government, for the Duke and Duchess of Luxemburg, at Villa Parafino. Guess you never know what to expect, on a rainy day!!!

Almost forgot to congratulate the "Fram Museum" at Bygdøy/Oslo with their 75th aniversary on may 20th 2011! The museum is a treasure with polar history, covering the ship "Fram's" expedition in arctic waters, from Nansens North Pole in 1893, Sverdrup in 1898 to Amundsens reaching South Pole in 1911. A visit for everyone!

Hip hip hurray! On May 17, all of Norway celebrated our national day, the birth of our constitution from 1814! Changing the logo temporarily with festive images, important from our democracy, The Royal Palace, Parliament House and Oslo University. Don't forget that celebrating May 17th in Norway is another, once in a lifetime experience!
