Puzzel builds on 20 years of experience in developing innovative and reliable solutions for customer dialogue. We were among the first to develop a cloud-based contact center and have now expanded our solution to include a completely new customer contact platform with unique integration options and payment solutions. The puzzle can be customised to be used by anywhere from one to several thousand users - who can sit anywhere and work on any kind of device - and can seamlessly integrate with multiple applications to meet our customers' every need in today's multi-channel and mobile environments.
