This hand-glazed ceramic art piece by Norwegian ceramicist Erik Pløen is a part of a legacy that shaped modern Scandinavian design.

Known for pushing the boundaries of traditional pottery, Pløen developed an experimental style rooted in organic forms and richly textured surfaces. His work has been exhibited at the National Museum in Oslo and the Victoria & Albert Museum in London, and still holds a place in our visual world today.
