SINGAPORE IS FULLY REOPEN ON 01 APRIL 2022
Singapore is set to fully reopen on 1 April, 2022 with no quarantine or testing upon arrival. Under the new Vaccinated Travel Framework (VTF), unvaccinated children up to 12 years of age, and fully vaccinated guests 12 and older will be able to enter and explore Singapore with just a PCR test or professionally-administered ATK test within 48 hours of their travel date. Unlike the former scheme, which was limited to just 32 countries on designated flights, VTF is open to citizens of all nations and by any transport means, by air sea or land. Vaccinated Travel Framework (to begin 1 April) – What it is:
Singapore’s Vaccinated Travel Framework (VTF) scheme is a framework for allowing fully-vaccinated travellers and unvaccinated children up to 12 years of age from any country to enter Singapore with only a PCR test or professionally-administered ATK test before departure.
Who can take part:
Fully vaccinated travellers from any country
Unvaccinated children 0-12 years old
Above travellers by air, sea or land
Pre-arrival Requirements:
Proof of full vaccination with the following vaccines at least 2 weeks before arrival in Singapore:
All vaccination certificates, regardless of where they were issued or whether they are digitally verifiable or not, will be accepted.
Children 12 and under are exempt from vaccination requirements.
PCR test or professionally-administered ATK test within 48 hours of departure to Singapore
Health insurance covering COVID-related medical expenses with a minimum coverage of SGD$30,000
Visa (if applicable)

While Traveling:
Guests must adhere to local regulations relating to COVID safety.
Guests must remain contactable using declared contact information throughout their stay
