Nordic Paddling is seeking professional guides and outdoor instructors for the upcoming 2025 season. 🗓️ As an employee at Nordic Paddling, you'll be part of our skilled team of guides who lead and share knowledge about nature, culture, and outdoor life with our guests on 3-7 day trips, day trips, and kayak courses. 🗣️

What will you do as a guide? 🧐

-Maintain equipment and prepare for trips. 🔧

What are we looking for? 🤔
- Minimum 3-star certificate or equivalent experience. 🌟
- Relevant education in outdoor recreation or guiding. 🎓
- Fluency in a Scandinavian language and English. 🗣️
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills. 🤝
- Strong independence and ability to work in a structured manner and teach in the outdoors. 🧑‍🏫
