We are looking for people
-Experience in sea kayak guiding with
Sea Kayaking Certification
-Strong paddling ability and physical fitness.
-Good English skills
-Leadership and communication skills.
-Ability to stay calm under pressure.
-Flexibility in work hours and tasks
-Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
-A friendly, open, and communicative personality
-Experience in outdoor education is a plus.
Our seasons: winter 2026 (end of January- beginning of April) and Summer 2026 ( Middle of May till the end of September).
