In a cold and dreary November, a soak and a sauna can work wonders. Join us on Saturday November 15!

Swimming and Sauna Saturday is back!

Every week until a year or so ago we used to go to the public pool and sauna at Kannik, which Rogaland Naturistforening kept open for Familiebad (family bath) every Saturday.

Tonight, Winston Fiore will say goodbye to friends and family in Bloomington, Indiana, to embark on a one-year journey through Southeast Asia. He's doing it on foot, a 5,000-mile walk he's calling "Smile Trek" because it will raise funds for facial reconstructive surgeries for children born with a cleft in their lip or palate.
