Welcome to the land of the midnight sun and Magic Lofoten.

Today marks the beginning of the magical midnight sun that last from 25th of May to the 18th of July. It is a natural phenomenon that occurs in the summer months in places north of the Arctic Circle. The midnight sun means that the sun never goes down below the horizon. This natural phenomenon colours heaven and earth in a reddish yellow light and the beauty is hard to describe with words.

When everything around us is a bit chaotic, take a moment to relax. Just breathe. In the end, everything will be alright. The world as we know it have been turned upside down now for a while. But one thing I know for sure is that we will travel again, we will hug each other again and when things slowly start to get better - Then I think we will have learned to appreciate all the simple things that we took for granted. 🌈

Summer is slowly approaching as we leave the cold, dark winter behind us. I have missed the fresh air from the ocean, and to feel the wind in my hair.⁠

The sound of the seagulls, and the guests' high pitch scream of excitement when they catch a huge fish. ⁠

Suddenly - There she is. The majestic White Tailed Eagle - It's the biggest eagle in Europe. She approaches the boat, and we hold our breath for a second and admire her. ⁠
