The 2020/2021 Northern Lights season is quite special due to COVID-19. And our team is adapting to the needs of our guests, who are facing lots of uncertainty to their travel plans. To support our beloved guests this season, we are introducing a flexible booking policy. 🥳 The policy is also in line with Visit Tromsø, one of our collaboration partners.

More than 48 hours prior to the tour date: 100% of booking invoice total will be refunded

Less than 48 hours prior to the tour date: 0% of booking invoice total will be refunded

While we are patiently waiting for guests to visit Tromsø and join either our Northern Lights Tour or Fjords & Arctic Nature Tour, we would like to share with our Facebook community and the rest of the world a new YouTube video.
