We have entered the period of polar night, which means that sun does not rise or set. The days are not entirely dark, you should come and experience this special time of the year and witness the blue light of the polar night. We will see the sun next time in January!

it has been a really strange beginning of the winter. The weather has been warm even way above the Arctic circle and we have scarcely got any snow. On Monday the temperature was -22 degrees, today it is +1. It is hard to think that climate change would not be happening. It is scary to think that winter is becoming shorter and shorter and snow a scarce natural resource.
