Documents Required
Original Passport with validity of not less than 6 months prior to departure.
Three copies of the passport bio page.
Three completed visa application forms
Three recent passport-sized photographs of the applicant with white background.
Proof of residence in Nepal (for non-Nepali passport holders only)
Evidence of adequate finance, e.g., an updated 6-month bank statement with a minimum balance of THB 20,000 (NPR 80,000) per person and THB 40,000 (NPR 160,000) per family. Applicants need to bring relationship certificate, marriage certificate or birth certificate, if the applicant is being sponsored by his own family members, e.g., father, mother, children, husband and wife. (In case of e-statement or bank statement photocopy it should have original stamp of bank.)
Confirmed accommodation under the applicant’s name for the duration of intended stay in Thailand. If the accommodation is being covered by an inviter, a letter of invitation, national ID of the host person and rental or lease agreement of the residence should be submitted.
Travel itinerary, i.e., a detailed plan of the applicant's trip in Thailand
A copy of confirmed airline ticket indicating the date of arrival to Thailand and departure from Thailand.
