🔍 What We're Looking For:
🎓 Bachelor's/Master's in IT, Computer Science or related field
📜 Certification in A+, N+, or hardware/networking training (Preferred)
💬 Strong communication skills in Nepali & English
🌐 Basic knowledge of VPN

Key Responsibilities:
• IT hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
• Network & server support (switches, routers, firewalls, virtualization)
• Software support (Office 365, antivirus, backups)
• Helpdesk support for end users
