This Area is very popular panoramic trekking route where exist world famous p**n hill to view Dhaulagiri, Annapurnna and Machhapuchhre massive.. P**n hill is situated above 3210m above sea level and lies on top of Ghorepani Colorful Touristic village. It is named by a tribes " Magar whose sub-clan is called PUN" p**n Magar from the western hilly region of Nepal.
Magar and Gurung People are tribal Ethnic people forms majority of the population in the regions and are highly recognized harmonious and culturally rich. Their major livelihood in the recent past was animal husbandry, agriculture and joining Military service as Gorkha Army in UK, India, and Nepal. Now their new experties of occupation is added by providing food and lodge accomodation to thousands of tourist pouring in the region every year. Ghorepani area is really colorful and sort venture trekking route in Annapurna region. This tour is basicly starts after short drive out from pokhara valley and can be completed in four days in shortest duration and can be extended to two weeks.
