Upardangadi, Chitwan is the most happening destination for short hike in chitwan. It is just an hour ride from Shaktikhor bajaar. Nevertheless, awe-inspiring landscapes and scenery with historical importance of the place will dazzle you wholly.
FYI, Upardangadi served as a district headquarter in the remote past. In the video, we have shown the fort (gadhi) where Gurkhas fought with bravery against British troops and succeeded in protecting the country from British invasion. Historic, indeed.

Sirachuli, Chitwan at the altitude of 1945m is a magnificent hillside for a short hike. It is easily accessible and reachable destination for weekends.
Camping atop the hill, underneath the sky and bonfire alongside will give you a plethora of happiness (and little bit of chills too) in this freezing winters. Give it a try and you'll be startled with the amazing experiences of the wilderness.
