Experience the villages, the beautiful farm terraces and the everyday lives of the Nepali people in the hills of the Himalayas. It passes through foothills and lowland farm terraces to ethnic Tamang villages at higher altitudes like Gatlang, which used to be on the ancient salt trade route between China and Nepal. Along the trail, the trek offers splendid close-up views of Ganesh Himal, Langtang, BouddhaHimal, Hiunchuli and other peaks of the central Himalayas. The highest altitude on this trek is the Pangsang pass at 3850m and it is one of the finest viewpoints on the trek. ay 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1300 m):

Upon your arrival at Kathmandu international airport, our representative will meet and welcome you to Nepal and then you will be transferred to the hotel. Once you finish the check-in procedure, you can rest and relax at the hotel. After short rest, we take you short Thamel tour which is main tourist hub in Kathmandu to make you familiar with some good restaurants, ATMs, money changer, Supermarket, gear shop and other necessary things you might need for your trip. After a short explore you will be taken to our office for a trip briefing meeting. Overnight in hotel.

If your arrival is late today, this tour and trip briefing will be shifted for tomorrow.



Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing:

Tour Duration: 4 Hrs.

After having breakfast we will proceed for the sightseeing.

Pashupatinath Temple: It is a most famous Hindu temple devoted to Lord Shiva, located beside the Bagmati River. One of the most significant temples for the Hindu devotees around the world and the UNESCO site. The golden pagoda style temple is richly carved with silver doors. On the day of Shivaratri, a big fair is held around the month of February/March.
Boudhanath stupa: One of the biggest Stupas in the world is located on the east in Kathmandu. It stands with four pairs of eyes in the four prime directions, keeping watch for virtuous behavior and human success. King Man Deva at the advice of the Goddess Mani Jogini had built this remarkable Stupa. The Stupa resembles the Mahayana philosophy. After back from the tour you have some times for rest and prepare your gear and so on. Overnight in hotel.



Day 3: Kathmandu to Trishuli – Betrawati:

Driving Duration: 5 Hrs.

We will take a drive from Kathmandu after we finish our breakfast. We will pass through several windings in the first section of our drive through the road is nice and pitch. We can see a different Himalayan range, green hills with the white river all the day of our driving period. Trishuli is a big city and it is a headquarter of district Trishuli. From here, we start our second section drive and now the journey becomes quite uneasy because the road is so bumpy, i.e off-road begins. It takes 4-5 hrs. to reach Betrawati via Trishuli Bazaar. Panorama of Mt. Langtang becomes visible and we reach tiny village Betrawati, situated beside the river. Overnight at lodge.



Day 4: Betrwati to Satdobato:

We begin the trek with a steep climb, passing the mixed villages and terraced farms and lush pasture. The trail also goes through the Saal forest. After lunch, the trek goes smoothly till our campsite at Satdobato. Overnight local lodge.



Day 05: Satdobato to Thulochour:

The trail is dotted with the Tamang villages and their vibrant culture. Local people are innocent and culturally loaded. They have a unique dress combination and stone jewelry. The cultural pattern is similar to the Tibetans. Passing the charming monastery and tiny Stupas offer a mystical touch. Then we steadily walk across the lush farms and eye-catching waterfalls, continually to Thulo Chaur, resided on the huge platform of the lawn. Overnight local lodge.



Day 06: Thulochour to Kharka:

We set out our walk from Bhalche village. We can take a look at a small school and health post. We reach Thulo Chaur for lunch. It is in the middle of the forest, which is large and attractive. Heading through the pine and rhododendron forest, we cross a stream and walk further. The sights of the Langtang range attract us. Then we reach to Kharka. Overnight local lodge.



Day 07: Kharka to Riru pass – Kharka2:

We begin our uphill trek through the pine and rhododendron forest. Himalayan views on the way astound us. Viewing the Tibetan peaks and the surrounding mountain white peaks, we reach to the Rupchet village, which is the base camp of the Sing La pass. We hike a little bit around the village as we have a tough day tomorrow. Overnight local lodge.



Day 08: Kharka to Shertung:

From Kharka, we hike up towards the stunning viewpoint at the Sing la pass. We can view the snow-capped Himalayas from here and the surrounding greenery landscape. The panoramas of the high peaks, including, Annapurna range, Gosainkunda, Ganesh Himal, Langtang, and Manaslu. Far there, Tibetan peaks glimmer from the backside of the Langtang range. Then we continually trek down to the beautiful Larkap village. Overnight local lodge.



Day 09: Shertung to Pangsang La (3800 m):

After breakfast, we start to climb up steadily to the Pangsang La at 3800 meters. Combining a little downhill trail, mostly it includes the uphill trail that goes through the rhododendron forest. From Larkap, we can enjoy the mountain vistas and the hilly gorges. It is a superb place for our campsite today. Overnight local lodge.



Day 10: Pangsang La to Somdang (3200 m):

In the morning, we commence the trek through the rhododendron forest, mixed up with pine and other vegetation. The trail is a bit downhill and the fascination of Paldor peak and Ganesh Himal refills the energy to move on. Even the scattered tiny Tamang villages entice us and we reach to the Somdang village, again a beautiful village with densely populated antique Tamang village. Overnight local lodge.



Day 11: Rest day in Somdang, hike to Pangsang La Pass (3800 m), Jaisali K***a (4000 m):

A significant day in this trekking, we set out for hiking. However, we need to be physically daring enough and adapted to the high altitude. The views of Ganesh Himal and Paldor Himal dazzle on the nearby north direction. Crossing the Pansang La pass, the trip includes a hike to the Jaisali K***a. This piece of heaven is surrounded by lush meadows and waterfalls. Then, we gradually trek down to our campsite. Overnight local lodge.



Day 12: Somdang to Gatlang (2500 m):

It is our gradual descent from the alpine altitude to the downhill. The trail is pretty friendly today. The first section, we climb up to the top Khurpe Bhanjyang (3600m) and from there, all the way is striking and just walking down. Gatlang is our campsite, which is located beside the sacred lake. It is also a cultural hub for the ethnic Tamang people, which is wonderful for cultural discovery. Overnight local lodge.



Day 13: Gatlang to Syabrubesi (1460 m):

The last day of our trek, we gradually walk towards our destination at Syabrubesi. As the villages are rich in cultural sites, we go on exploring as much as possible. Buddhist monastery and Chhortens are frequently seen on the way. Crossing the picturesque valleys and suspension bridges, we come down through the steep down the trail to the stream. It is the same stream bed, we follow till we reach our campsite. Overnight local lodge.



Day 14: Drive back to Kathmandu:

Driving Duration: 7 Hrs.

We take a drive to Kathmandu for 7 hours. From Syabrubesi, the gateway of the Langtang region trekking, we begin the road drive with the spectacular views of the terraced fields, River, streams, and the lush hills. The long drive to Kathmandu is not just tiresome, but the changing sceneries are superb to see and experience the country drive. Overnight at the hotel.



Day 15: Love Kathmandu Tour (Hidden places in Kathmandu and Durbar square):

Today we will walk around the local town in Kathmandu to experience the historical, cultural and spiritual affluence to unveil the social and historical mysteries to view the artistic Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour to capture the snaps of the centuries-old monuments and historical crafts in the Kathmandu city. We explore the Local market of Ason, glass beads market at Indrachowk, oldest supermarket at New Road, Kilagal, and Hidden Stupa, etc. Then we walk to Kathmandu Durbar Square. The most unique experience in the square is the visit to the temple of the living goddess “Kumari”. Durbar square walking tour will be a perfect mixture of culture, history, art, architecture and traditional values prevalent in Kathmandu valley. Overnight at Hotel.



Day 16: Departure Day:

As per your flight schedule, you will be transferred to the international airport of Kathmandu 3 hours prior to the flight time and your tour ends here.
