📍ABC Trek is not technically difficult — but it is physically demanding 🏔️🔥
If you are planning the Annapurna Base Camp trek, remember this: you don’t need to be a professional athlete, but you MUST have stamina, consistency, and mental strength.
You will be walking 5–6 hours daily for several days, climbing stone steps, crossing villages, forests, and changing altitude. Your body needs to be prepared before you even reach Nepal 🇳🇵
💪 Simple training plan I recommend (15–30 days before trek):
• 30–60 min brisk walking or jogging daily
• Stair climbing (very important for ABC + Everest style trails)
• Squats, lunges, and core workouts
• Light backpack hiking practice
• Breathing control + endurance training
🏔️ Whether it’s Annapurna Base Camp, Manaslu Circuit, Langtang Valley, or Everest Base Camp — the mountains reward preparation, not rush.
🔥 Training = safer trek + better experience + stronger memories
Stay fit, stay consistent, and let the Himalayas test your strength in the best way.
